案位于望府大院別墅，隱于千年東海仙道文化靈秀福地、玉文化景區(qū)——仙姑頂，站位環(huán)翠區(qū)與景區(qū)交匯的城市樞紐，擁享威海市民中心玉帶環(huán)襟，仙道文化、玉文化等六重風水護佑，城市中心、景色之美，山海盡收眼底。

業(yè)主是位成功人士，追求簡單純粹的品質(zhì)家居風格。而現(xiàn)代輕奢正是這樣一種簡單純粹、又自帶高級感的設(shè)計風格。不為走在前端、不為炫耀夸贊，即使在平淡如水的家居生活里，以不同材質(zhì)、色彩與情感，為空間注入生活的美好與極具質(zhì)感的生活感受。

客廳的空間線條和弧度時間彌漫著些許的溫柔，暖色調(diào)彌漫著優(yōu)雅的感覺，水晶吊燈、金屬點綴，增添空間的輕奢質(zhì)感，在設(shè)計師的搭配下，繁而不雜，鮮活飽滿，細節(jié)之處盡顯優(yōu)雅。挑空的客廳成為空間之眼，光從上往下輕灑，白天欣賞日出，晚上欣賞月亮，好一派幸福的景象。

Living Room space lines and Radian time filled with a little gentleness, warm colors filled with a sense of elegance, Crystal Chandeliers, metal embellishment, add the light luxury of space, under the designer's collocation, complicated but not miscellaneous, fresh and full, the details are elegant. 挑高的客廳搭配旋轉(zhuǎn)樓梯，輕奢、高級在這里展露無疑。

餐廳、茶室連成一個整體，利用天花板的造型進行分區(qū)，使得整理空間簡單大氣。

臥室的設(shè)計優(yōu)雅獨特、簡潔明快；衣帽間的設(shè)計很有特點，用玻璃當柜面，時尚度MAX。

下沉式的庭院有一個很浪漫的名字叫做花園層，它的設(shè)計不僅能有效的將陽光和新鮮空氣引入，還能成為了一個良好的庭院景觀。通過與地面產(chǎn)生的坡度差而獨具魅力，后花園的改造讓業(yè)主更加貼近自然，享受大自然帶來的樂趣。

The sunken courtyard has a romantic name called the garden floor, which is designed to not only efficiently bring in sunlight and fresh air, but also to make a good landscaped courtyard.
